- 6 bedrooms: All queen beds with window or portable AC units. 5 bedrooms are on the second floor and 1 bedroom is on the main floor.

- 3.5 bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms on the second floor and 1.5 bathrooms on the main floor.

- Backyard: Fully fenced with a private, non-heated pool, propane BBQ, propane fire pit, and patio seating.

- Heating & AC: Central heating throughout the home, with air conditioning available in all 6 bedrooms.

- BBQ & fire pit: A propane tank for the BBQ is provided at the property. If the propane runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for having the tank refilled at the nearest available store. Guests are also responsible for bringing their own firewood for the fire pit.

***Important Note: The pool will be closed for the winter season starting September 30th.

Guests will have access to the entire house.
Basement is unfinished, and is not for guest`s access.

House Rules:

- No smoking in the house. If house rule is violated, there`s a $300.00 de-smoking fee.

- Strictly no parties and events.

- No loud music is allowed in the backyard anytime.

- No unauthorized guests allowed.

- Pets only allowed if included in the reservation. No pets on any furniture. (beds, sofa, etc.)
