Vaulted ceilings with large open split floor plan. Tile throughout downstairs. Granite counters, stainless appliances, fully stocked kitchen with pots and utensils ready to cook your vacation feast. Outdoor gas fire pit with enough seating for everyone. 4 adult brothers had a great time at this house! Tons of amenities, super close to the beach. Only caveat, one of the 4 bedrooms is pretty small so keep that in mind if you're planning for many people. Overall a fantastic trip, would definitely rent again!

Cocoa Beach Rental

Owners went above and beyond and were incredibly responsive. My son locked himself out of his room and the owner came after 10pm to unlock the door. So kind! The house was very clean and beautiful. The pool area is gorgeous. My one critique is something that the owners have nothing to do with and that is that where the property is situated is loud. It’s in between two busy roads and that is just the makeup of Cocoa Beach. It can be drowned out eventually but loud as you’re trying to fall asleep. Thank you so much for this space and your generosity!

Beach Time

I usually like to book on the ocean. This home was so close with such easy access to the beach coupled with an outstanding kitchen and pool that it worked well. The home was spotless with an easy drive to grocery and restaurants. To drive to Orlando international airport it is only 3 turns. Kennedy space center only 20 min away and Disney 1.25 hours. The up stairs bedrooms lacked end tables and night lights which would have been nice. Having beach chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards at the home was an added bonus. The owners were very responsive. The kitchen was the best one I have encountered in rental homes. The pool area lovely with the option to have a heated hot tub amazing. Thanks for sharing you lovely home.
