Beachfront Condo in Cocoa Beach

This unit is right on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Simply walk out the sliding glass doors and you are on the ocean. This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. (Sleeps up to 4 ) (plus 1 or 2 on the non pullout couches) It is located about a half mile south of Ron Jon's Surf Shop and is across the street from a Publix grocery store shopping center. It is 10 minutes from Port Canaveral and 45 minutes from the Orlando airport and theme parks. You will love being right on the beach!

Loved being on the bottom floor and being able to walk out the sliding door to access the beach quickly. The condo was furnished well. We rented 3 bottom floor condos side. Worked out well for our Family.

Quick Beach Stop

The condo was very clean and organized when we arrived. and the directions were easy for entering. The location was great and not busy. The condo complex looks worn down, but the inside of Allan's condo was perfect! We are beach people so we did not use the swimming pool or the laundry room or the picnic area but we loved the beach. You cannot see the beach from the ground floor condo because of the shrubbery, but that did not bother us for this quick stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time my friend and I stayed at this property. We came the same time last year and it is still as wonderful. We were right on the beach steps away. The house is beautiful. It was not the owner’s fault that we picked a rainy, chilly weekend to go to Cocoa Beach. But I was disappointed that, when the sun did come out, there was no place to enjoy it. The yard off of the living room was in constant shade.
