This a very centrally located property, close the beach, shops and restaurants. A very nice, well maintained, friendly and family fun place to stay. The only draw back is because of new construction across the street, the view of the ocean is limited. Still a great place to stay and will definitely use as my go to place to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Where do I begin? The motel 6 is the four seasons compared to this!!! Absolutely disgusting. Pictures are very deceiving online!! The first thing I seen when I walked in the room was a roach!! Disgusting smell in the room and to top it off, blood on the wall. I ran out of that room so fast for a refund. Do not book here I don’t understand how this place has any good reviews!!!!

Staff was extremely attentive, lots of fun for families, great food on property as well as nearby, and walkable access to beach. Our suite had great ocean and intercoastal views making for amazing sunrises and sunsets! Lazy river and movie night at the pool were a blast. Even during a busy holiday weekend the staff was fast and cared about the quality of our stay. Free bike and equipment rentals, the list goes on. You can’t beat the quality of the rooms and abundance of amenities. We had a great time. Will definitely be back!

We made it to the hotel at 11pm, because one of the planes we were on broke down. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They checked us in quickly, gave us information about breakfast in the morning, and made sure we were on the list for a shuttle to the port in the morning. The breakfast was really yummy and was restocked very quickly. I wish we would have had more time at the hotel to try out the pool and lazy river. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area.

Love everything about Beachside. The lazy river is so relaxing fun. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept up. Rooms nice and clean not fancy just comfortable. Everybody working there are helpful and friendly. Been here many times over the last 5 or 6 yrs.

The hotel is a great place in the cocoa area! Staff was so friendly and helpful. The only downside was the DJ is gone before everyone checks in. When people are checking in at 4pm, a DJ is a great way to have guests get right into the party mood. The shower was also extremely slippery and needed I had to put a towel down for grip. Maybe some grip tape for them would be amazing.
