The beach view is obstructed, due to other taller buildings that are actually ON the beach... this property is on the other side of the street...but very cute and within walking distance to the beach.

So I ended up checking in around 1030...11pm and came in to a smiling face. My room was immaculate. And for the property to be an older style property the management and staff maintain it well. It gives off a small fishing town vibe. It was lovely. The am breakfast spread was huge and they had an assortment of activities for the little people.ind you Starbucks is across the street and your a 5 min walk to the beach. I'm staying here from now on when I'm in the area.

Room was dirty/dingy and there was evidence of mold in the bathroom on the wall behind the toilet and by the door to the balcony. It was advertised on Expedia as having a partial ocean view which it did not I could not see anything but the buildings and parking lot. I was pretty disappointed. It was walking distance to the beach which was its saving grace.

This hotel was AMAZING! Book it!! The pool was so fun and they have giant rafts blow up that you can use in the lazy river! It's fun for kids or adults. We did not have our kids with us on this trip but we saw tons of families and kids outside enjoying all the amenities. They had live music both days we stayed. The breakfast has so many options. There is also a laundry room and we were able to do a load before leaving on the cruise. They have detergent and dryer sheets you can buy at the front desk. The staff is so friendly. They set up a shuttle to take us to the cruise port. You can walk to the beach and they even have chairs, umbrellas, bikes and surf boards that you can check out for free. We even got to see a rocket launch as we were floating in the pool since it's so close to cape canaveral. I will definitely book here again if we travel to this area.

The room had quite a few roaches. Not the palmetto which is normal in Fl but the small kind. I was not impressed by that. The bedsheet when we stripped the bed the day we were leaving had obvious urine stain. The floor was very dirty and the shower did not drain well causing water to go on floor. I was not satisfied with my stay and would like to file a formal complaint. I’d like some form of reimbursement. This was my daughter’s birthday weekend and it was great except the room. The pool was great all else was good. I found the rooms to be unsanitary. I was in room 154 Arlyn Olivo Rivera, APRN

We stayed in the tower portion at the back of the property this time for a long weekend (5 nights) and were not impressed (our previous stay at this property was in a suite in the 2-story portion, which was better even though a little smaller). The room was dark and damp. There was some sort of film (cleaning solution?) on the countertop in the kitchenette and table in the living room which I had to wipe down before using. The TV in the living room was not working properly (we couldn't access the channel we selected). Maintenance came but just kept telling us that is how the TV was, even though the TV in the bedroom worked perfectly. If we were only staying overnight, I would not have complained. The staff were friendly and the breakfast area was stocked well and plentiful. Overall, it is convenient for people cruising from Port Canaveral who need an overnight stay, but we will stay elsewhere the next time we visit the area.
