Beautiful Ocean view. Most days to windy to sit outside as wind made it very cool. Loved being by so many places to chose from to eat. Also loved being close enough to fat donkey ice cream place. Wonderful ice cream.

We love this area and this particular building. The accommodations were perfect and the views were spectacular. The host was very responsive to a question I had. The bed was actually comfortable! We will book this unit again, and if it were ever to go on the market, I would totally be interested!

This is our second time staying at this condo. We loved the area and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all that we needed. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the balcony. The host was easily accessible especially when we accidentally forgot our entrance key

This is the best location. Live music, bars, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed everything about this place. They had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys for your use. Beautiful views and very safe. The inside was beach decorated and comfortable. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very helpful. We will be back for sure!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen had ample pots and pans that were really nice. The view was spectacular. We stayed three weeks and I wish we could’ve stayed three months. great- even in the rain!

We learned this week that if we had to be at the beach in what turned out to be a historically cold, windy, and rainy week that well-- its still the beach and this is an OK place to be. The unit itself was comfy, warm, well-equipped (even the TV was easy to use), and regardless of the weather-- offered spectacular ocean views! The weather did not allow for space launches this week, but we enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go and were amazed by those brave folks who surfed in the waves ...The balcony is covered so we could sit out there in the rain and still be dry. The location couldn't be better..we were close enough to good restaurants (Coconuts was a fav), excellent pizza (Mimmo's), coffee shops (Foxtail), breakfast (Whisk and Grind, IHop), grocery stores, and things to do inside (The Wizard of Oz museum was fun) ... So even tho we really missed that Florida sunshine - we enjoyed our stay at this condo

Overall great place to stay.

My only complaint was the cleanliness. There was dirty towels on the back of the master bathroom door, left over shampoo and conditioner in the shower floor, didn’t look like the shower had been cleaned. Their was also a sausage, egg and cheese bagel that was left in the microwave that had mold growing on it. With that being said I would defiantly stay again. We were able to watch 2 Space X rocket launches that came right over the top of us. The view of the beach is amazing.

Better Than Expected!

From the communication with owner Mark; to the detailed instructions on how to enter; the secure parking garage; the overall security of the building; the VIEW from a very generous sized balcony, with sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom; it felt like home away from home and there were so many things we just loved. Great condo

This condo is beautiful and oceanfront like we prefer. Furniture was comfortable and new. The owner was available for questions. Spacious place and everything you need for your stay. We will be staying there again!
