Come & stay right on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean in Cocoa Beach! You can literally walk out the front door, across the patio & you're on the Beach! We are located within walking distance to the Famous Cocoa Beach Pier & all that it offers (restaurants, drinks, surf lessons, volleyball & more). Plus you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or rocket launch viewing.....all just steps from your condo. When in Cocoa Beach, you must visit Ron Jon's Surf Shop....which is also within walking distance! If you're looking for fun adventures for little ones, we have the Dinosaur museum, miniature golf/rope park & Brevard Zoo all within a short drive. And if you're leaving on one of the many Cruises out of Port Canaveral, we're an affordable option on either side of your voyage!

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath unit is on the ground floor (so no steps) & has ONE designated parking spot, which is right by the door. You'll love the easy & safe keyless entry allowing you to check yourself in any time after 4pm. We offer flexible sleeping arrangements by providing 2 queen sized beds & 1 king bed - all complete with comfy toppers, linens, blankets, quilts & pillows! This option also makes this unit a super affordable experience without sacrificing comfort & privacy. Plus there's a 2nd TV in the King bed room! The living spaces are clean, updated & functional for vacationers. We try to offer things we appreciate while traveling ourselves, yet keeping it simple & uncluttered for all the extra "stuff" you bring on vacations. Of course cable TV & internet are provided in case you want to stay in touch with the world (but you probably won't want to!). And there is a TV in the King bedroom as well as the Living Room. Our condo is professionally cleaned & the caretaker lives in the building in case you ever need anything. The complex also offers an on-site coin operated laundry facility.

Feel free to reach out with any questions as to what we provide, but the following is a short list: beach towels, beach chairs, Roku TV, pack & play, Keurig coffee maker & pods, blender, toaster, vacuum, hair dryer, crock pot, all dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, & a starter supply of paper products/soaps/shampoos.

Ideal beachfront escape

This cozy condo was perfect for our short family getaway. Located on a quiet road right on the beach, it had everything we needed—beach toys, chairs, and towels included. The kids had an amazing time!

We had a great stay here. Property was very clean. Close to beach. Only drawbacks were bathroom was a little small for us and living room furniture wasn’t real comfortable, but I get that in a beachside condo you’re not going to have high end furniture. Overall very happy with our stay. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Wonderful spot in Cocoa Beach!

We loved staying here. We had everything we could need, including toys and things for the beach. The kids were amazed at the view of the cruise ships heading out to sea. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick Pre-Cruise Stay

We stayed for two nights at this immaculate property and could not be happier with our stay. Stephanie was communicative and very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The condo was sparkling clean, wonderfully equipped and extremely well-furnished. We particularly appreciated the toys that were greatly enjoyed by our toddler, as well as the beach gear that allowed us to relax and play on the beach. The short stroll to the beach was a wonderful perk, as well! The kitchen was fully-equipped with ample dishware, cooking dishes, and cutlery. We were pleased to see there were also toddler dishes/cutlery/cups available for our use, which we appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets available. The bathroom was tidy and clean, with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels available. Overall, we were very impressed and felt well taken care of. We had a fabulous time and would be delighted to return to this property the next time we are in Cocoa Beach. Sending a very warm thank you from Canada!

Beautiful property just a few steps away from the beach. Property was as pictured and described and host was very easy to communicate with. No issues minus hurricane Milton moving in on us, but not going to blame the property for that. Would stay again.

We loved this condo! Our host was wonderful and always quick to answer questions! Just a few steps from the beach! Great price! Also provided all the beach necessities, plenty of chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler! Condo was clean, spacious, comfy beds! No complaints, would definitely stay again! Several good restaurants near by, and a Publix! Fish Camp Grill was our favorite restaurant, The Tiny Tavern was fun dive bar

This was an excellent place for us to stay. Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, with all the necessities provided, chairs, umbrella, etc. Got to meet Stephanie and her husband personally on the beach while watching one of the launches from up the beach. I could only recommend that condiments(sugar, salt,pepper) be provided.

Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should.

We will be back!

Such a perfect place for our family. Walking to the ocean is priceless. We’re already planning our next stay in this area because we loved this location so much. Slow living near everything you need. Far enough but not too far for our commute into Universal. We always looked forward to being on the beach after our busy days. I was extremely pleased to find all the beach supplies, I’ve never seen this provided and organized for guest use. Even down to providing a laundry basket! What a gem we found and would like to come back. Updated nicely for a modern vibe. Big rooms. Tons of towels provided for both spa and beach. I could go on forever. Thank you 10 stars.

Amazing place!

What a great place. Literally felt right at home with all of the amenities and added things. Almost a spa like feeling with the colors and decor. And with the beach literally steps away, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place!!!
