Bringing the whole crew.... We’ve got you covered with flexible sleeping arrangements: 2 queen beds and 1 king, all with cozy toppers, fresh linens, and plenty of pillows for a great night’s rest. There's a TV in both the king bedroom and the living room, plus cable and high-speed WiFi if you feel like staying connected (but we promise — the ocean will tempt you away).

Check in was easy with one glance in the door, we were instantly impressed. The place was nicer than the pictures!! Had all the extras you would not want to pack yourself and was close to many restaurants, shops and the beach!

Truly steps from the beach. Everything needed was provided. Clean, safe, nicely decorated. Perfect for up to 4 people. Sleeps 6 but I think that would be tight for more than 4 adults. Beach was not crowded & lovely. Would 100% stay here again!

Highly Recommend! Would stay a whole week!

We flew in a few days early for a family reunion and stayed here for 2 nights! Stephanie was available if I needed to message her. Checking was super simple and so was check out. The boardwalk to the beach is literally at the end of the parking lot. So many beach toys/boogie boards supplied. Really, all beach needs supplied (cooler, umbrella, sand blanket, chairs).This property also ha la a great view of Cape Canaveral for launches! If traveling with kids we recommend eating at Fish Camp Grille!

Great rental!

Clean, steps from the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, some even in walking distance. Plenty of beach gear and comfortable beds. Also very close and convenient to the cruise terminals if you are staying prior to a cruise like us. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay every time.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we look forward to it every year. Very clean. Fully stocked with everything you'd need for a beach vacation. Steps from the beach. Helpful, gracious hosts. Close to everything Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral have to offer. And the price is unbeatable. Did I mention steps from the beach? Can't wait to go back!

This cozy condo was perfect for our short family getaway. Located on a quiet road right on the beach, it had everything we needed—beach toys, chairs, and towels included. The kids had an amazing time!

We had a great stay here. Property was very clean. Close to beach. Only drawbacks were bathroom was a little small for us and living room furniture wasn’t real comfortable, but I get that in a beachside condo you’re not going to have high end furniture. Overall very happy with our stay. Owner was very responsive to questions.

This property was a little dated when you pulled up, but was nice and clean. Our condo was well put together and clean with some updates to the kitchen and the overall decor. We were right along the beach and it was easy to walk out and take our things. The only downfalls were the location of the toilet, it isn’t situated in the bathroom for any larger persons at all. The beds were not the most comfortable, and there is a window in the entry door with no curtains on it, letting people see in. We simply covered the entry window. And the bed and toilet situation wasn’t a deal breaker for our short stay at all. Overall this property is good and I would stay again for a short stay.

Wonderful spot in Cocoa Beach!

We loved staying here. We had everything we could need, including toys and things for the beach. The kids were amazed at the view of the cruise ships heading out to sea. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick Pre-Cruise Stay

We stayed for two nights at this immaculate property and could not be happier with our stay. Stephanie was communicative and very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The condo was sparkling clean, wonderfully equipped and extremely well-furnished. We particularly appreciated the toys that were greatly enjoyed by our toddler, as well as the beach gear that allowed us to relax and play on the beach. The short stroll to the beach was a wonderful perk, as well! The kitchen was fully-equipped with ample dishware, cooking dishes, and cutlery. We were pleased to see there were also toddler dishes/cutlery/cups available for our use, which we appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets available. The bathroom was tidy and clean, with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels available. Overall, we were very impressed and felt well taken care of. We had a fabulous time and would be delighted to return to this property the next time we are in Cocoa Beach. Sending a very warm thank you from Canada!

Beautiful property just a few steps away from the beach. Property was as pictured and described and host was very easy to communicate with. No issues minus hurricane Milton moving in on us, but not going to blame the property for that. Would stay again.
