OK this is a very solid VRBO property. I’d give it 8/10 rating. Excellent host communications, easy checkin, nice clean interior. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Couldn’t use the pool due to weather unfortunately. Location is in an older neighborhood with some run down properties but it is transitioning to a nicer neighborhood near a cute walkable shopping area. Downsides: Quirky thermostats, no useful live TV. Appreciated the coffee but would have been helpful to have some creamer handy like a hotel does. Was not aware that the guest house (?) on the other side of the pool was occupied - which makes me wonder if we truly would have had a “private pool” experience if the weather had been warmer?

We loved our new home away from home. The decor was updated, very charming, and cozy. The pool and lounge area was perfect. Lol we even stayed out there when the quick rains passed through. Although i prefer king size beds, the queens were very comfortable. We all loved it, and wanted to stay longer. Funniest thing is we found a headless baby in the pool box.

Absolutely perfect

This rental property far exceeded our expectations. The house itself is very spacious and clean. The pool is huge and wonderful. It is shared with another rental property that is on-site (like a garage apartment) but specious enough that we never really interacted with the other tenants. Probably one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at.

Lovely place to relax with family.

The house was lovely. It seemed like they planned for everything we mighty need. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the comfortable sitting area more than once. My granddaughter's loved the play house and little kitchen area. I enjoyed reading my book on the upstairs deck with comfort furniture. The swimming pool was clean and well kept. The children's book shelve was great!

Family cruise.

Needed a place for a couple of days while waiting for our cruise. Great stay, great space with good communication to and from the owner. Family enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.
