Clean room and updated, was a great price for the night, and used the hot tub/pool, great customer service, and if looking for a quiet room away from the interstate and busy avenue traffic, anything in the West wing building on the north face side is fantastic, the 1st level mid way down, was great having a kitchenette and space. Also used the gym and had the basic good features, good full breakfast options and service counter allowed for a 1hr late checkout option also. Great experience!

Asst manager on check-in was rude and confusing. Hotel didn’t have signs, tape, cones out to prevent parking at their main lobby. He didn’t believe us, argued, got half way through check in and demanded we move our vehicles- bot knowing where our room was. Pool was still being cleaned during open hours, caused pool and hot tub to be very cold. Room was perfect.
