I booked a room through Orbitz. When I arrived, I was told the hotel was oversold and I could not check in. I informed the gal at the desk I had a conformed booking and basically I was told, tough luck buddy. Absolutely horrible customer service. Then to make matters worse, I reached out to Orbitz to reverse the charge and this hotel told the Orbitz rep I was a no show and they were not oversold...... What a lie. I would NEVER stay at this property even if they offered me a free stay. $200 bucks down the drain......

Excellent property. Our room was spacious and clean. Proximity to hospital was perfect as I had to report there for a surgery at 5:15 a.m. Husband says the breakfast was the best he's ever had in a motel!
