I am disabled with a service dog and they put me in a roo on the 4th floor as far away from the elevator as possible. The shower, there was no bathtub, and no place other than the floor to put shampoo, etc. Plus after they said no other dogs on the floor there was one barking right across from the elevator.

Great!!!

We loved our room as it had everything we needed plus a large counter space for extra things we brought. The bathroom had rails in and around the tub so we did not slip. I would go again to this place.

We had a leak in our bathroom above our toilet and we had told the front desk. Someone came a took a look and said they would get us a new room the next day and have someone come look at it. It never happened. We talked to the front desk at checkout and they said we can give you a discount if you ever come back to the area. Poor customer service. I will never stay at their hotels again.

Always a great stay, friendly staff and a good price. We had a pull out bed in the couch and it hadn't been changed in awhile and was pretty dirty but otherwise decently clean.

The hotel was clean. The hotel is right next to a busy freeway and all night long you will hear cars flying by. The beds are pretty stiff. There’s lot of options in their breakfast but we tried all of them and nothing was very good. The front desk lady and manager guy weren’t particularly nice but helpful. Overall maybe a 3 star stay. Would chose another option if I were to stay in this town again

We had a hard time checking in. Our rooms were not ready for several hours after check-in time. The room smelled weird and the AC did not work very well, so it got hot at night. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like, especially around the tub/shower area. Overall, I would say it's an average hotel, not bad for the price.
