Additional Sofa bed with comfy fold out mattress in addition to the queen bed. 2 private entrances. Tom is a realtor and works from home so close by if you need anything during your stay. Also I can provide you with all kinds of local intel.

This place I would highly recommend. It is just beautiful, two of my sisters and I were very comfortable here. Tom and Joann are so nice and easy to work with. We especially loved the space out side, where we were able to rest after a day of sightseeing. It is so quiet there, a person could actually rest their mind on that patio. I would definitely stay again.

There were sweet surprises of chocolate kisses, chips, cold water in the 'fridge and even books to read, movies, a puzzle and a huge collection of The Far Side cartoons.Lovely place. This studio near Rathdrum, ID was a perfect stop along our roadtrip. Tom was an excellent host making us feel right at home! The studio is beautiful and clean and includes everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secluded, woodsy setting was perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was close enough to various points of interest yet far enough away to really enjoy nature. We hope to make it back here again!!

Fantastic Little Place!

We came to Rathdrum for family Thanksgiving & this sweet unit was perfect for four of us. Our kids said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The host is incredibly welcoming & has great communication. The unit is wonderfully stocked & decorated & ready to go! We will be back!

Quiet get away

Loved this property in quiet secluded area. The host, Tom, was great. We had questions about the area and he was very knowledgable. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed. When we arrived Tom had the heat on and ready for us. This was a great place for us to use as a base for our activities. We’d love to stay here again Tom.

In town for a wedding and communication with Tom was excellent both before and during our stay. He kept me updated on the status of my options for arrival day. During the stay he quickly resolved a couple of minor things. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the neighborhood.
