I was on my own, as I came to watch my granddaughter play for Qld in Oztag State of Origin tournament. After the drive from the Gold Coast, it was lovely to be greeted so welcoming & friendly at reception when checking in, which was smooth & quick. The room was clean & inviting and I felt very safe. Very clean and comfortable. However, the lock business to get into our room was terrible. It was extremely difficult to read the numbers on the lock. I was too short and couldn't even see the numbers. My husband did it and he had a lot of trouble getting the numbers to turn. We were supposed to get a key but we never got one, so we continued to use the code to get into our room.
