I've listed it as townhouses; that was the only option in the drop-downs but it's a duplex, one of only two. I think it's important just to let people know that it is a duplex. The pool for this property is fully private and for exclusive use of these guests.

This property is a little bit older style property but is neat and well looked after in good condition. It's not a luxury property; you'd probably call it standard. We don't want to oversell it but then we still want it to sound nice and enticing for guests to book.

I think this property will do really well because it's three bedrooms, pet friendly, has a private pool, is close to the beach and cafes, and will be at a price point that will be affordable for families.

It's a very short drive or a brisk walk through to the marina and dining precinct. It's also close to Park Beach Surf Club Cafe as well as a number of other cafes.
