Cooinda is a newly renovated classic beach house offering a large, combined lounge and dining that flows into the open kitchen and onto a huge enclosed deck, with outdoor kitchen & shutters that can be opened up to enjoy the leafy outlook, or closed to offer all weather outdoor living.
The three bedrooms comfortably offer enough space for a total of six people, with the main suite offering a walk-in wardrobe and large ensuite, with a separate deep soak bathtub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and has direct access to the main bathroom while the third bedroom has two single beds.
Being newly renovated this property offers all the modern amenities expected, ducted air conditioning, wi-fi, dishwasher, ducted outdoor kitchen with sink & Webber bbq. This property also offers linen for each bed, meaning you only need to bring your beach towels for when you want to stroll 200m down the road to the ever so popular Woolgoolga back beach.
With the closest café, restaurants, and cocktail bars a three-minute stroll down the road you will be spoilt for choice. Woolgoolga Main Beach is a patrolled beach during spring and summer and just a leisurely walk away. Perfect spot for kids with the park also located near the beach entrance.

Beautiful Location

Set in the best Location to give easy access to the 2 main beaches of Woolgoolga and a quick walk to shops and cafes. The house was the perfect place for the family to relax during this much needed holiday, so comfortable!!!! Everything you could possibly need was provided and hopefully we will be back very soon. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their home as those that stay will never want to leave 🙂
