Awful - plumbing leaked and flooded room

The room was old and dirty and stank. The plumbing was leaking and dripping which made the carpet wet and sloshy. We had to put a bucket under the sink to stop it further. When I told the lady at the desk she didn’t seem to care. Breakfast was very ordinary also.
