My first time in a motel with zero onsite staff. It felt a little strange but we didn’t have any problems so it was fine (and I was happy with the cheaper rate than the other local option).

Room was very clean and spacious. Check in and check out was all done by message and code on the door. If we needed anything during our two day stay (which we didn't), I'm not sure how we of gotten help or supplies, especially after hours.

Clean room. Pricing for the time of the year and the location …. They take advantage of the families of the students. Overpriced, limited parking, noisy, very limited dining. Their three C motto is not accurate.

Room was clean - No Shower soap, etc - walking distance to Chinese and Mexican restaurants (if open) - parking was challenging if you arrive late. My reservation was cancelled for two beds and the only other option was a single King bed. :(

I had to evacuate from the forest fire in Spokane and this was one of the few places available. I just want to preface and say that I am very grateful to have a place to safely stay. But this room was not as clean as I’d hoped, The floorboards were covered in dirt and the shower was filthy and had hair and grime all over the mat that was in the tub, and grime along the sides (but since I was only there for a night it was no issue for me). Overall though the room was fine and the bed was clean. The check-in process was easy, but there was no staff on site. They have a phone number that you send a picture of your ID to, and you have a code to enter your room. Parking is also not ideal as the lot is pretty small so be prepared to park on the side of the road, but it was a pretty quiet road and I had no worries about my car.
