Former, recently renovated stone farmhouse, located within a large farm residence, all fenced, 30 km from Siena and 60 km from Florence, in the heart of Chianti. In the main building of the cottage we have been made 8 apartments, all in our offer, renovated, but trying to keep the original architectural features with beamed ceilings and floors in typical Tuscan terracotta. Guests can enjoy long walks and cycling and stop or catch fish at the edges of the two large lakes around the farm. Common room for tastings, dinners, receptions and weddings. Point of sale of typical Tuscan products, in part of its production (olive oil, wine and salami) and agribusiness Siena. Each apartment has furnished outdoor area. Child friendly, simple, comfortable farmhouse from the 18th century, renovated, surrounded by trees and fields. 9 km from the centre of Colle Val d'Elsa, 3 km from the centre of Casole d'Elsa, 20 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside. Différence entre prix affiché et prix effectué

Différence entre le prix affiché et le prix payé...augmentation de près de 40%!!! En effet la location des draps est de fait une obligation puisque déjà installés. Et si vous demandez à ce qu'ils soient enlevés après la 1ère nuit c'est refusé... Petite sensation d'arnaque ce qui est dommage parce que tout le reste est très bien que ce soit le personnel, l'équipement et surtout le lieu général qui est une vrai merveille.
