The front desk staff was not courteous or patient. They said that they would document me arriving late for my check in and also for a late check out but did not do that. The hotel ended up charging me for something I shouldn't have been charged since I called and spoke to a person at the front desk saying my reservation to check in is good for 24hrs.

The location was very convenient to where we had to go. But we had a noisey humidifier in our room and if we turned off, theres a musty smell in the room. It was only 2 nights. So we put up with it. Will not do that again. They did have a good breakfast layout.

The room had a dehumidifier apparently due to a moisture problem. It felt very damp and smelled of mildew. Coffee maker in the room did not have regular coffee pod and when asked for one at the front desk they didn’t have any. We had to pay to park our car. The outdoor pool was uncovered and the water was green with debris floating in it. Breakfast was of poor quality - the potatoes were bland and overcooked, the scrambled eggs were dry and the pancake maker was not working.

The hotel has two more floor below the entrance. They assigned use a room on the lower level 1 and I requested a change since my kids found it so creepy. The staff said the room is full. Then, they change it after I mentioned that I am going to complain to the company. The rooms are dirty. There was a kid pants from the previous costumers under the chair. All the towels had stains so we have to use paper towels to dry our hands. We were lucky that we had our bath towels with us. Also, in our last night, I bad smell came from the bath tub. The only good thing about the hotel is good hot breakfast. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
