Car break-in

Room and building clean. Comfortable beds. Most of My stay was good except when my trailer in their parking lot got broke into and my tools stolen. The night man working was very rude to me and completely unhelpful. The rest of the staff there were very good. There are signs all around the parking lot about theft so it seems like an ongoing problem.

Dear Holiday Inn East Andrews AFB Hotel Corporate, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel at above location- 5001 Mercedes Blvd, Camp Springs, MD 20746 . Despite reporting issues with the shower having only cold water and the air conditioning not working, Manager Denise refused to assist me. Not only were my concerns ignored, but Manager Denise also spoke to me in a condescending manner, making me feel disrespected and incompetent. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and respect. No hot water, broken bed, stained couch

We booked a weekend for Valentine's Day and this hotel was bad. There was no hot water all weekend. We told the front desk about it and they assured us it was getting fixed, it didn't. The bed was broken and the couch had stains all over it. Gross. Can't believe they have the nerve to charge $250/night.
