My room only had 1 pillow. The tissue was used, the vending machines where broke, and it snowed real bad and the snow plow pushed all the snow behind our cars so we had to fight to get out of the snow, and they weren't giving any visitors extra time to stay or another night because we couldnt get out of the snow. I wasnt to pleased about my stay

The room and were ok. Police were called for other guests arguing. They refused to refund my unused days booked. Better quality guests, paint touch ups and cleaning welcome mats would improve their rating.

The room was clean, but you get what you pay for in most cases. There was no blanket, but the heater worked well. Even though there is a small kitchen area, there are no mugs or glasses except the two thin plastic ones in the bathroom. It would be okay if you were expecting nothing in the kitchen, but I didn't see anything in the description that mentioned it. Bare bones but inexpensive for the area.

Smell of weed in halls, sketchy residents, but nice staff. Decent gym and convenient for food and small shopping. The rooms are great, old couches though. Worn out for sure

First room we disgusting!!! when I opened the door there were blankets on the floor and trash everywhere. They gave us another room and the cards were not working then at check out tried to get me to pay an extra night.

The room was sufficient. The heat seemed inaccurate to the temperature setting, as it felt way too hot even when set to, for example, 64F. The shower door handles were loose. The plastic mattress protector is off-putting, if necessary. Freezer door impacts the light switch when opening and closing it.
