I accidentally put in the wrong date for a reservation and immediately tried to get it corrected and this hotel management would not help. I paid for this night and could not go. I had a reservation for another night and cancelled and will never go to this hotel chain again if I have a choice.

Checked in at 4pm, had to walk down to front deck because phone didn’t work. Had to request bedding for sofa as well as towels. Breakfast was very scarce, minimal fruit, bagels, sausage, hot water for tea, diet sugar, when asked for it reception lady said people take it. The place hasn’t been updated in probably 10 years. Old tv and small. Will never go back.

This is the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. We killed 6 cockroaches in our room. Bathroom was dirty. Walls, curtains, and bed comforters had stains on them. Pool and hot tub was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, not sure how I got an 8.6 star review.

1. Less than 10 rooms occupied, 2.) door to room was ajar with safety lock keeping room open, 3.) painters tape over the shower faucet plate, shower had brown residue and dripped calk, 4.) internet was not reliable, 5.) air conditioning unit to loud. couldn't hear the TV when running. 5.) had to ask the front desk representative about watching national news because we could not find it on our first night, 6.) A hot breakfast was not provided 2 of the 3 days because "there were not enough guests to provide a hot breakfast. This stay was definitely NOT worth the $400+ we paid for our stay. I will be seeking a refund from the 3rd party reservation service I used to book the stay. We won't be back. We rather pay more money to stay at any other hotel than this one. I would like a refund on my stay at this property.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the 2 queen room was and how comfortable the beds were as well. This was a very convenient location for a very affordable rate, we will stay here again if we are back in this area.

The room smelled like mildew and mold when we entered. Tried to exchange rooms but they did not have another one the suited our needs. We spent 3 days in this room it was the worst experience in 45 years of traveling. I expect a full refund or a comparable stay at another hotel. I contacted the hotel itself to no avail. We are just getting over the sickness we all felt. I plan to travel to the same area about 25 times this year but will not stay at that hotel again. See below photos. Also spent about $25 dollars to try to make it tolerable. It did not work all that well.
This was the mildew remover I had to buy just to make it tolerable. It did not work.

$5 each can. Used 2 cans
That is the mildew and mold on the curtain. I am pretty sure this was the culprit.

I had already checked out, but due to weather I had to stay in town. I went back to the hotel and the young lady that checked me in the 1st time was able to help me again and gave me the same room because i mentioned that was the best sleep I’ve had in awhile!
