Because it’s the paying customers fault your establishment hired people who don’t speak English…went to the office around noon instead of management providing a solution and trying to resolve the issue quickly. Got told they would get to it tomorrow. The maids live on property…so again got off work and came back to dirty room.

The room was not up to the quality that I expected. It was a poorly maintained standard Motel 6 room upgraded with a few kitchen suite features, but no dishes, etc. Furthermore, when I notified the desk that I was checking out after 1 night of 2 nights reserved, they lied and then ghosted me on a refund. Even Expedia could not contact them on the issue. Poor quality and dishonest.
