The Villa San Giovanni owes its name to Saint John, to whom the chapel inside the villa is dedicated. As a further attraction, the park of the villa houses an almost 400 year old holm oak.

A part of the building has created comfortable, independent apartments and a common room. The apartments are designed for either 2-3 people or up to 4 (up to 5) people.

This property is part of an agricultural holding whose building dates from the 15th Century. With us you can enjoy a beautiful view, spacious nature, silence and a large pool.
Marion and Salvatore, together with their two sons, look forward to making your vacation in this little-known and unspoiled landscape unforgettable. From here, the eternal city of Rome can be easily reached by train in one hour. In addition, the Sabina offers many opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike or even on horseback. (We will be happy to help with the organization if necessary). In our agriturismo there are many opportunities to enjoy the beauties of nature, to read, to go for a walk or to meditate, be it in our spacious park, on the terraces or the lookout tower.
