The Villa is 300 meters from the beautiful Gorges du Gardon Nature Reserve, 5 minutes from Pont Du Gard, 10 minutes from UzĂšs, in an area that offers a multitude of activities for the family, art, of culture and gastronomy. You will appreciate our accommodation for its exceptional view, its location in the heart of the countryside, its outdoor areas and its swimming pool. The villa is perfect for couples, families (with or without children), groups of friends and businesses. We receive groups of a minimum of 10 people.

Une trĂšs belle maison, bonne isolation phonique, environnement trĂšs agrĂ©able, belles prestations et dĂ©coration. Le seul point nĂ©gatif, une belle cuisine mais propretĂ© de la vaisselle Ă revoir et la gestion des poubelles devrait ĂȘtre Ă la charge du propriĂ©taire avec les bacs de tri appropriĂ©s.

Tolle Lage und schönes, aber nicht perfektes Haus
Wir haben zu zwölft zwei Wochen im August in der Villa verbracht.
Was uns gut gefallen hat:
- die Lage von Collias â ideal fĂŒr viele Unternehmungen
- der schöne und gepflegte Pool
- dass alle Betten Einzelbetten waren (90 cm breit), was in Frankreich nicht selbstverstÀndlich ist
- dass es im Erdgeschoss viel Platz und viele Tische fĂŒr unsere groĂe Gruppe gab
- die umfangreiche KĂŒchenausstattung und groĂe Menge an Geschirr
- die vielen BĂ€der
- dass Elisabeth Rojas sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war und der Check-in und Check-out sehr unkompliziert war
Nicht ganz ideal ist unserer Meinung nach:
- dass das Haus anders als angegeben keine Klimaanlage hat, sondern nur Deckenventilatoren, und auch keine AuĂenjalousien oder -lĂ€den â bei bis zu 40 Grad AuĂentemperaturen waren die Innentemperaturen entsprechend hoch
- dass es kaum MĂŒckenschutzgitter an den Fenstern gibt (nur in den Badezimmern)
- dass es im AuĂenbereich wenig Schatten gibt (das Sonnensegel an der Terrasse hĂ€lt nicht viel ab, und die Markise sollten wir nicht verwenden; ein paar gröĂere BĂ€ume wĂ€ren sinnvoll)
- dass das WLAN nicht in alle Zimmer und auch nicht auf die Terrasse reicht
- dass bei 9 von 15 Betten kein Lattenrost, sondern nur Holzplatten als Unterlage fĂŒr die Matratze vorhanden war(en), so dass diese Betten sehr hart waren

Super sejour
Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able au sein de la belle propriĂ©tĂ©, dĂ©corĂ©e de jolis tableaux de peinture rĂ©alisĂ©s par la propriĂ©taire elle mĂȘme (une vrai artiste).

Maison et village formidables
En plus de la maison qui est bien plus jolie que sur les photos, le coin est super. En effet, la maison est à 5min des gorges du Gardon, parfaites pour le groupe de 14 jeunes de 17 à 18 ans que nous étions. En bref un superbe séjour pour lequel nous remercions la propriétaire et sa confiance.

WE parfait
We entre amis dans cette superbe villa idéalement située, au calme, prÚs de la riviÚre dans un joli petit village. Prestations de qualité, chaque chambre possÚde sa propre SDB ce qui est particuliÚrement appréciable quand on est nombreux, cuisine trÚs bien équipée, terrasse et coin piscine trÚs sympa. Si nous devons refaire un we entre amis nous reviendrons!

Propriété trÚs agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée
Belle villa, confortable pour un groupe (15). Les chambres, salles dâeau et sanitaires sont impeccables. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, avec tout le nĂ©cessaire. Lâenvironnement est calme. Pas autant de chaises longues autour de la piscine que la capacitĂ© du gĂźte mais ça nâa pas causĂ© de difficultĂ©s. La table extĂ©rieure permet dâinstaller tous les convives mais manque un peu dâombrage pour le dĂ©jeuner (mais il faisait tres chaud sur la pĂ©riode).

Superbe séjour
Nous sommes un groupe d'amis de 16 personnes qui avons adoré la maison, chacun son lit, sa salle de bain, beaux espaces de vie à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, piscine et espace détente au top. Une propriétaire à l'écoute, trÚs disponible et sympathique ! Nous recommandons cette adresse, qui donne accÚs facilement à Nßmes, UzÚs, les domaines viticoles, le canoë pour voir le Pont du Gard...
