There is work being done right beside the property. They use major machinery which starts work around 830 am daily and doesn't finish till 4 pm. The constant banging is a real problem. When problem was brought up to staff they apologized and said to email manager Alex for a discount. No reply ever came. Very disappointing.

It was a great location for going between blue mountain and Wasaga. Rooms were nice and we'll stocked kitchen. Concerns were about cleanliness. There was a liquid spill on the bathroom wall when we arrived and the bathroom floor was not very clean. No pool or gym.

Amazing experience! The place was pristine and super comfy! The staff was very kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend this place in Collingwood!

Unfortunately the property next door, right outside our window was a construction site. A hydraulic jackhammer on a backhoe ran from 8am until 6pm daily breaking rock to install fuel tanks. I think the hotel should have emailed guests ahead of time to inform them of the situation so we could make other arrangements. Hotel was great. Vacation overall was at best mediocre because of the noise.

The hotel was convenient and modern but had some noise disturbances from construction nearby. We did however experience a privacy matter as follows: when we return to the hotel from an outing we were informed by the front desk staff that our deadbolt lock on our door was serviced as per our request, but we did not request this service!…..creepy!
