I didnt get achane to sta at the comfort inn as i got a telephone call from the manager two before stating there was no hot water. I asked him if he would assist me in finding other accommodations and he stated they dont do that and i would have to find another place on my own. To make a long story short i had to pay another $250 for my stay in Collingwood. Very disappointed in this managers attitude.

When I checked in and went to the room they assigned me, there was already a family in it! We were both shocked. No hot water for the whole stay (Friday to Sunday). Broken ice maker and the hot water problem suggests the hotel is in poor repair. Worn and dated furniture in common areas. At least it was clean.

A pool was advertised but there isn't one. The free breakfast was very well stocked and tended to.
