The staff are not informed in the restaurant at all. We were told we could pay the resort fee by cash or debit when we checked out, however they put it on the CC. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Kids running up and down the halls. Why not have all the families with children on a seperate floor? Spa was nice, we did the aqua path. There should be spa music inside the aqua path, it would add to the experience. Restaurant on site closed at 9pm. Other people commented on this as well. Why close so early? Chairs (iron) on the balcony were hard and uncomfortable. Why not put pads on them? Didn’t know about the rooftop area.. should educate your staff on the amenities. When booking waterside view be advised you can’t really see the water, but your room is on the side the water is. This property seems tired and not well run. Too bad, it has good potential. It was our second time here, and our last.

5 Year Wedding Anniversary Trip and we were not disappointed. We Did the AquaPath and Couples Massage and it was amazing! Our room was great, a lot bigger than we were expecting. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked the king size room for my friend but at check in they told them the room is not available and gave them 2 queen size bed room without asking them. Check-in was very smooth, the 2 bedroom suite on waterside was great. Rooftop was nice to sit up there and enjoy the view and it was quiet. The indoor hit tub was great. Amazing stay but, time for an upgrade.

Overall, the experience was great. The location was amazing. The restaurant on site was superb. Same with the spa. The only thing that I had the problem with, would be the condition of the room. The rooms definitely need to be updated or at least just maintained better. They were very clean just seemed more like a dorm room than a comforting spot to stay. The staff was truly amazing. We went for our honeymoon and we let them know ahead of time and they were kind enough to prep the room with some rose petals on the bed and some towel sculptures of swans and roses. It was truly amazing. Would recommend going will probably come back on our anniversary.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great time with our family. The resort has a park, Plath pad, outdoor hot tub and indoor pool and hot tub. The water slide was fun! Our room was a little run down (a few broken things) but was clean and came with all the things we would need in our kitchenette. Cool area to explore, close to lots of things. Overall, we had a great time 😊

The reception was not good and there are too many customer and only two employee to serve them.The manager leaves at 5 PM and in the week end ,problems can't be solved . Resturant and coffee shop closes at 10 PM at the week end in the summer .
