Excellent stay!

This is one of the most outstanding hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were happy, welcoming and beyond helpful. You could tell they took great pride in their establishment. The room was lovely, smelled fresh and clean and everything was polished. Truly an excellent experience and will plann future trips around the location of a Drury Inn. The staff should be commended!

Wonderful, clean safe hotel and area. Restaurants are nearby. The rooms are clean but pillows don't give any support. We had our air conditioner at 68 which was comfortable, but it never really seemed cold.

We stayed with a dance group at the drury in Collinsville over 3 nights/4 days. Let’s start with the staff. Simply amazing. I can’t remember names but the evening/night front desk was simply the nicest person we have meet. She was so sweet asking about our girls and sharing congratulation with them. Anything we asked she helped with. The general manager was also there and she was a Doll! There was some food in the microwave in our room and she personally went and cleaned it for us which I was more than happy to do myself but she wouldn’t have it. She was always smiling even though they were very busy and full with dance team and handball families. The fact you get breakfast and drinks and diner is amazing. We were able to hang out in the dining areas late and the staff didn’t mind. I would recommend this drury to anyone! Simply the best hotel stay we have ever had.

Great experience. I was only there for one night stay, but the staff were excellent and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very goond. I would stay there again the next time I have to go through that way during any of my travels.
