The room was nice, clean and orderly. The temperature of the room was freezing cold however and I had to push the thermostat up to 76 before the room felt comfortable. Breakfast was nice. My biggest dissatisfaction was the noise in the hallways at all hours especially from the doors constantly opening and closing at all hours of the night. Guests need to be specifically instructed on etiquette, but also the doors should be silent-close. The latches themselves are extremely loud and regardless of carpeting in the hallways, is basically like setting off a firework at 3am. Getting good sleep is so crucial and this was just so unsatisfactory.
