I like that the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops..... What I didn't like is that I was giving RM 220 and when I got in RM I noticed the bed had a life size body indentation permanently in mattress so I was told the only other room available was RM 222 and when I moved everything over to the other room low & behold there is a hole in mattress the size of a basketball then to top it all off didn't get any sleep due to a air compressor or something underneath RM that repeatedly continues to go on & off approximately every 15 mins or so this has been a not so pleasant stay

They didn’t clean my room once in a 4-day stay. The drawers in the room were dirty. I gathered my own trash and threw it away myself.

Room dirty no hot water for shower no room service bed hard and dirty bathroom dirty. Was not informed of breakfast schedule due to Covid restrictions. Staff rude house keeper never came to my room for service. Dirty floor n more do not stay here
