Eine sehr schöne Wohnung ,mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer.Der 13 m lange Pool war direkt bei der Wohnung ,was sehr angenehm war.Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, jedoch einen sehr guten , leisen Ventilator. Patrick der uns die Wohnung ĂŒbergeben hat ist sehr freundlich spricht etwas Spanisch und Französisch, mit einer Übersetzer App hat die VerstĂ€ndigung gut funktioniert.Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war sehr hilfreich.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung mit schönem Balkon und wunderbarem Pool. Gute Ventilatoren. Allerdings nur 1 echtes Schlafzimmer, das Etagenbett befindet sich im schlecht belĂŒftbaren Flur, der Durchgang zu allen RĂ€umen ist.

TrĂšs bonne prestation, qui correspond exactement Ă  ce qui est dĂ©crit. Appartement trĂšs bien localisĂ© et trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs apprĂ©ciable d'avoir une place de parking. Il y a eu un peu trop de condensation dans la salle de bain, peut-ĂȘtre dĂ» Ă  une VMC fatiguĂ©e ou trop faible. Mr Boulay le gardien a Ă©tĂ© super! Merci Ă  lui ! Nous reviendrons, c'est sur!

Nous avons adorĂ© ce logement spacieux calme et trĂšs bien placĂ©. C’est encore mieux que sur les photos car la vue ne se limite pas au fort on voit aussi la vieille ville au loin et mĂȘme la mer. Le balcon est suffisamment grand pour y manger Ă  4 mais aussi y mettre un transat. Le nouveau wifi est trĂšs performant, On se sent chez soit il ne manque rien en terme d’équipement. Les points positifs de l'appartement sont : sa situation dans Collioure, la vue, son cĂŽtĂ© spacieux (nous Ă©tions 2). Les points nĂ©gatifs : Condensation extrĂȘme dans la salle de bain (au point de dĂ©clencher le dĂ©tecteur de fumĂ©e situĂ© dans le couloir lorsque l'on ouvre la porte de la sdb ) PropretĂ© des Ă©lĂ©ments de cuisine et vaisselles laissant Ă  dĂ©sirer. Absence de WIFI lorsque le voisin du dessus part. M Laroppe avait, dans un message prĂ©cĂšdent, rĂ©pondu que le problĂšme Ă©tait rĂ©solu. Or sur 7 jours de location nous avons eu 3 jours de wifi. ElectricitĂ© non comprise dans le tarif en pĂ©riode hivernale.

Apt bien situé dans un coin tranquille, un peu à l écart du centre, compter 10mn pour rejoindre le centre par le canal mais c est plutÎt agréable., et pratique quand on veut se balader dans la région. Apt confortable, trÚs bien équipé. Patrick, le gardien est super sympa.

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Appartement trÚs agréable, offrant un beau point de vue sur Collioure, disposant d'une place de parking (trÚs précieux car impossible de se garer facilement dans Collioure) à un petit 1/4 d'heure du centre par un chemin. TrÚs gentiment accueilli par le gardien, personne serviable et de bons conseils. Je recommande cette adresse. P.S Contrairement à l'annonce Abritel, cet appartement ne dispose pas dune box internet. Seule possibilité, aléatoire, se connecter sur le spot"non sécurisé" de l'unique opérateur Orange.C'est moyen. En connaissance de cause, je n'aurai pas réservé cet appartement. II conviendrait qu'Abritel prenne la précaution de s'assurer ce sur quoi il s'engage.

Clean good value apt. in beautiful surroundings.

Clean and fresh simple apartment with hard, but according to my taste comfy, double bed. The kids slept well in the bunk bed in the hallway. Equipment and furnishings as in a typical summer cottage . Kitchen with standard equipment for simple meals. Very nice view from the balcony. Good location/area. It looks farther away but it only takes 10-12 minutes by foot down to beautiful Collioure. The caretaker in the bildning, who met up at arrival, was VERY kind, helpful and made us feel welcome/ Sara with family (Sweden).
