Casa Myma is a typical early 20th-century Catalan house. Quiet yet centrally located, this house enjoys an ideal position very close to shops and beaches. With a closed garage, two terraces, three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets (one separate), and a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, this recently renovated 146m² house offers all the necessary comforts. The living space is pleasant and bright, thanks to its large bay window opening onto the terrace.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION: On the first floor, you'll find the open-plan kitchen, dining area, and large living room. This spacious living area opens directly onto the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture (a large outdoor dining table, parasol, two sun loungers, a bench, and a coffee table). Also on this level is an air-conditioned master suite with a queen-size bed, storage, a desk area, and a private bathroom (double vanity, shower, and toilet). Adjoining the living room is a relaxation/library area with French doors opening onto the terrace.
A staircase leads to the upper level where there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has French doors leading to the upper terrace with a lovely view of Fort St. Elme. A bathroom with double vanity, bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet, are located next to the two bedrooms.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The entire house has a surface area of 146m² with 60m² of outdoor space. Access is via a large private staircase; it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. During your stay, linens are provided, along with Apple TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a griddle, and for leisure: a piano, pétanque balls, Scrabble, and numerous books. Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms. Everything you need for a very pleasant stay in the heart of the magnificent village of Collioure!
