Beautiful apartment- great location
The apartment was large and stunning. It was very quiet yet only a block from the centre - perfect location.
Two suggestions for improvement. Keys had to be picked up and dropped off 15 minutes from the unit, which is extremely inconvenient without a vehicle.
As well, we were told that a book of instructions on how to work washing machine, tv … was in the apartment. It wasn’t and we tried unsuccessfully to reach the property manager. Once these hiccups are addressed, we would highly recommend this property.

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le lit canapé était inutilisable car cassé en 2. Nous avons dû pousser la structure dans un coin du salon pour mettre le matelas au sol. Nous avons aussi dû dégivrer le frigo et donc éponger l’eau qui coulait. De plus le ménage était très superficiel, particulier le coin poubelle sous l’évier. L’agence immobilière, après avoir promis une compensation financière au moins pour le ménage, n’a plus donné suite à nos messages.

Grundsätzlich sehr gut, aber dreckig
Die Wohnung bietet eigentlich alles was man braucht. Genügend Platz, die Lage ist zentral, die Wohnung hat ziemlich alles, was man braucht, aber die Wohnung war sehr dreckig, als wir sie bezogen haben. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde die Wohnung nachgeputzt, aber auch nur sehr oberflächlich. Wir sind eigentlich nicht besonders heikel, aber wenn man einen ziemlich grossen Betrag für die Endreinigung verlangt, sollte die Wohnung sauber sein. Wir haben empfohlen, das Putzinstitut zu wechseln.

OK aber nicht bestens ...
Die Wohnung entspricht nicht ganz den Fotos im Inserat und wir haben erstmal die Kühlschranktür repariert. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war mühsam, da nur französischsprachig über WA möglich.
Das öffentliche Parken in der Nähe der Wohnung ist teuer .

Colmar in spring
Waren alles in allem zufrieden. Es gäbe einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für die Küche (Spülmaschine, mehr Service, besseres Besteck und Schneidemesser; technische Küchenausstattung war super).
Größerer Fernseher mit Streamingdiensten wäre auch toll.
Ansonsten alles sehr schön.

Colmar ist immer ein Besuch wert
Die Wohnung lag super, nah am Bahnhof und nah an der schönen Altstadt, ca. 10 Minuten. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Praktisch ist der Aufzug, auch für ältere Menschen
