Close to airport was the reason for selecting this property. However, when I called for directions to walk to the property, they told me they’d send a shuttle and to wait at the terminal. We had to call 3 times as the shuttle took so long to arrive, nearly 40 minutes. With walking directions, we could have been there in about 5 minutes. We had a very short stay and I asked for a wake up call which we never received. The hotel also charged me to stay when we checked out despite having previously paid with Expedia. I have to call Expedia to remedy the double payment….showed hotel our paid reservation on Expedia and they still required me to pay again.
