We had 3 rooms which were all very clean and adequate. Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. Hotel is in a very good position, just off the very centre but walking distance to train station, cathedral and pedestrian area. I stayed at this hotel in Cologne and overall had a very good experience. The room was relatively small, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with anything I needed, which made the stay much more comfortable. The only thing I would have preferred is a small fridge in the room, as it would have been really convenient.

Excellent stay at Motel One Waidmarkt. Was able to check in as soon as we arrived, room was clean and towels were in good condition. Reception area/ bar modern and clean. Short walk away from the main centre which was fine for where we needed to be.

It was OK. Apparently, this is one of the cheapest places in the area. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is OK. The location is good, I think it’s 10 or 15 minutes to all the main attractions. The parking situation is pretty good. Also, you just park in the basement and there’s a door leading right to the hotel.
