Just okay

The lobby is nice and very clean. The room was smaller than expected but we were able to find a room that had a couch and accommodated three of us. Shower could use more cleanliness.. Breakfast was expensive and not worth the price with the little variety it had. We were able to store our luggage and check in early, and had very nice staff. Overall average stay.

Wonderful!

Fantastic stay! All of the staff were incredibly nice to us. The hotel is gorgeous. We stayed on the 11th floor, which gave us incredible views of the fireworks. Cologne is a spectacular city to visit, but it's especially unbeatable on New Years Eve. This hotel was well worth the price, in a great location and we would love the opportunity to visit again sometime in the future. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others interested in visiting the area. You won't be disappointed!

Quiet Ambience

Everything is alright. There are eateries nearby. There is no lift at the Metro station. The surrounding is very quiet. A few stops away from the Central Train Station.

Hust checked out, my overall stay was very pleasant however there was one lady who was rude and she wasn't very informal. We are from the states so if course it was a cultural shock seeing how some things are different. I would've been nice to be informed of bar hours, parking, something to say tgis is where tou can go seeing how it was obvious we are not From here. We have only been living in Germany for a year and we are not entirely there with how things work. Other than the staff, the bartender was nice plus having a bar inside was great. As far as the atmosphere people seemed standoffish, no one from tge staff spoke to us or there guest really. Ive worked in casino's and it's always nice to hear a little about where people are from etc. Beds were hard very uncomfortable, room was small but clean. I felt safe staying here and to top it off it was close to so many attractions and shopping centers. PERK!!! Will i stay again hmm i don't know but just advice for staff, be mindful of the people who visit, Europe is made up of all people from all over the world so never assume we know what is going on.

Only a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral, nice clean rooms, and a very good selection for breakfast. Only downside was that it was very busy at breakfast if you timed it wrong - we still managed to find a table eventually though!
