The hotel was nice. The room was smaller than I thought for what I paid. But it was nice nonetheless. The things that gave it a poor rating was that the window in the room didn’t fully close and there is a bar right next to the hotel which was open till 3am and I couldn’t get any sleep, as all I could hear was people yelling and singing.

Convenient location for our stay

Lovely hotel by the river and next to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and let you know about complimentary coffee, pastries and 10% off voucher for restaurant next door. Bedroom did get warm but air-con fixed this. Mattress a little soft and bathroom floor gets very wet when showering

Amazing place

Amazing views from the room. The staff was extremely friendly! The location was short walk from central station, cathedral and a short walk to the chocolate museum. Beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were super cozy. Only negative was the stains on the carpet.

Great location, friendly service, poor breakfast

Liked the location of the hotel and we chose the room facing the Rhine which had a nice view. Enjoyed our stay and the front desk were very friendly. The only reason i did not give it a 5 star is that the breakfast was very poor as it was hardly one at all. We got a coffee and one little pastry which was not fresh on the first morning and none at all the second day. If one advertise it as part of yhe amenities, one should deliver.

The service was great! All workers at the reception were amazing and helpful. The only thing i would like to mention is that some rooms you have to use the stairs so if you have a disability you have to ask for a room with no stairs.

Very bad service

Do not stay in this hotel - we were a group on a business trip having 6 rooms. By arrival 1 room smelled very bad - it was not possible to stay in the room, Immidiately after arrival we informed recpetion re. the situation. They did not have any avalable rooms for which reason 1 person had to sleep on the floor in one of the other rooms. We went to recpetion all days during the 4 night stay. Problem was not solved for which reason we asked for a full refund. Hotel has denied a refund and are even lying about us informing reception. I have nothing good to say about the service from the hotel or the handling after after stay in regards to give us a refund as well of somekind of other compensation for the totally unacceptable situaion it left our team in.

Very bas service

I will not recommend this hotel. We where a group on a business trip having 6 rooms. By arrival 1 of the rooms had a very bad smell, which was immidiately informed to reception. They had no availbale rooms so 1 person had to sleep on the floor in one f the other rooms. During the 4 night stay, this situation was not solved by the hotel. For this reason we have requested a full refund which the hotel has denied us. They even lie about us informing recpetion about the situation eventhough we went to reception everyday to ask if anything was done to help out this problem. Do not stay there, they are not reliable

Very bad service

By arrival the room smelled very bad which immiditaley was informed to reception. There was no avalable rooms, for which reasion I had to sleep on the floor with a collegue. During our 4 day stay we went to recpetion several times re. this situation but with no help. We requested a full refund for the stay, as the smell was so bad we could not stay in the room. Hotel has declined to give us a refund or otherwise compensated for this situation - they even lie about us mentioning this problem to them during our stay - I will not recommend staying in this hotel as you can't trust them.

It’s a good location as it’s within walking distance from train station and tourist attraction sights. We had a good side view of the river, next to the old church, overlooking the streets below, a nice view.
