The property was conveniently located but was unfortunately falling apart. The pictures make it look like a charming character home, but in our room, the ceiling and walls were peeling and the furniture had cracks in it. The breakfast area was nice, however, and they had a decent spread.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They waited until late in the evening (~22:00) for us to arrive and then got us settled well. They figured out what we needed for transportation and timing to get us to our destination in the morning and arranged for the taxi, letting us know what the cost would be. We really appreciated the hospitality and support. The room could have been cleaner and in better repair, but it was serviceable for the one late night.

Personable, attractive and convenient guest house. The staff was super friendly. Great rooms with great air-con and walkable to everything. Beautiful grounds with super cute pool. Great value and perfect for a quick visit to Colonia. They also have facilities to use after you check out like the pool and showers. Wonderful staff.

Great affordable option in Colonia

The colourful/green facade of the building is very much how it really is in really life. If you arrive on the boats it's lovely and close to the port as well as the city gate. Very tranquil, nice atmosphere and it keeps nice and cool inside when the summer gets quite hot. Also great value.

Great location, great staff, wonderful ambiance, good breakfast, great environment. We stayed in a lesser room which could have used a few upgrades, particularly in the bathroom. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I love the Colonial style, staff is wonderful people, owner is very nice too, all them make you feel at home. Building Need some maintenance on doors and bathrooms need some upgrades to match the price. Mattress on really good condition

Great location. Easy to reach from the port and the bus station. Short walk into the old town. Hotel with great character and lovely staff. Very helpful and friendly Breakfast was good. Lots of fresh fruit. Swimming pool a welcome addition at the end of a hot day. Very pleased ewe chose for our stay
