o A large bright living room, bathed in sunlight, open to the south-facing terrace
o A dining room with direct access to the shaded north terrace
o A fully equipped independent kitchen
o 2 comfortable bedrooms (single beds + queen size bed)
o 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC
Half floor:
o 2 additional bedrooms (double beds)
o 1 bathroom with hand basin
Exterior & Equipment:
• A fully enclosed garden, perfect for children or pets
• A heated swimming pool (5×11 m) secured by an electric roller shutter
• A sunny south-facing terrace for sunbathing
