The gym, bar, and common areas were very nice for my friends to come and visit and catch up with. The front desk was very nice, and held a package I had delivered for me. It was close to all that I needed, and not a busy part of town. Very much enjoyed my visit.

Upon arrival I was upgraded to a better room which was great. Then I started to experience what I feel is a nickel and dime charges. No free coffee in the lobby for guests in the AM. Starbucks at the bar for $4.50 a cup. $12.00 a night for parking in a huge lot. I can understand a fee in a hotel that has limited parking in an urban setting but not this one. When I got home I noticed a fee for $6.25 for catering

This is a great hotel if you want a view of pikes peak. It is also just 15 minutes away from Garden of the Gods and 20 from Manitou Springs.
