Welcome to your downtown Colorado Springs home away from home. This thoughtfully designed 600-square-foot apartment offers an open-concept layout that's perfect for business travelers, couples, travel nurses, and extended stays.
Access the apartment through the shared fenced courtyard before heading upstairs to your private entrance. While the courtyard is shared with the neighboring units, it offers a convenient outdoor space to enjoy some fresh Colorado air or spend time with your furry companion.

🛋️ The bright and comfortable living room features ample seating, an electric fireplace, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. Large windows bring in natural light while offering mountain views that make working from home a little more enjoyable.

🍳 The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're making breakfast before work or dinner after a day of exploring. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for four.

• A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. We'll send the agreement after your reservation is confirmed.
• This is a pet-friendly home! We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $75 pet fee per pet, which will be added to your reservation.
• The apartment is located above the detached garage, and stairs are required to access the home. There is no elevator.
• The apartment does not have central AC but it does have an AC unit installed to keep the home cool in the summer.
• The fenced courtyard is shared with the neighboring units on the property.
• The property is located in downtown Colorado Springs, where you'll experience typical urban activity. The Colorado Springs Police Department is located nearby, and we've never experienced safety concerns at the property.
• A train passes through the area several times throughout the day.
• Colorado winters can bring snow and icy road conditions. If traveling during the winter months, we recommend a vehicle equipped with AWD or 4WD.
