Great Family neighborhood, is walking distance to local park with 18 hole of disc golf, pickle ball court, basketball courts and walking trail. There are several grocery stores within 5 minutes and many fast food establishments and several restaurants also within 5 minutes.

Fort Carson is 10 minutes away. Peterson Air Force base is 15 minutes away. The Air Force Academy is 30 minutes away, and Garden of the Gods scenic tourist attraction is about 25 to 30 minutes away.

Furnished with everything you'll need, you can stay in and bake cookies or use the spacious fully fenced backyard to host events, relax and enjoy. For family’s with little ones we offer a pack-play with bassinet, high chair, and baby gate upon request. It is in a nice neighborhood near the zoo and Garden of The Gods. Its not far from the Air Force Academy. Lots of extras. Plenty of family friendly games. Very pet friendly.We enjoyed our stay.
