Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast hrs are great. The only thinng is that the pool area had heaters going on and it was extremely hot in there to just supervise my kids. Clean pool though.

The overall hotel was just clean in general. The room we stayed in was super clean, usually hotels have a certain smell or the carpet feels dirty, but this room didn't have this problem. The staff at this hotel were super friendly and actaully seemed to be happy there.

Clean facility. Wonderful handicap room. Tanner - front desk rep. was a true delight to work with. He gave recommendations on what to eat, and fun activities for the family to enjoy. If you want an awesome breakfast, this is the place. Always well stocked and clean. This is a great location to get into downtown Colorado Springs.

This is our favorite hotel to go to! Clean and comfortable. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety. This time they didn’t offer omelets and said that they had gotten away from them!😢 We really enjoy having the kitchenette while staying there.

Overall, the hotel was nice and we had a good stay. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was clean. The beds were really hard, so if you like a firm mattress, you’ll be fine. I prefer a softer one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrible. The hot options were chicken patties, biscuits (with no gravy in sight) and cold and soggy potato wedges. They had a yogurt dispenser but it was empty and there was no concentrate in the orange juice dispenser. Not sure if this was typical of this hotel, but it was not a good breakfast. They DID have a waffle machine, which the kids liked.

I booked this hotel because it was within walking distance from a building that I needed to be at for a couple days. The room was clean, however, the kitchen microwave and dishwasher were still dirty, which I cleaned myself. The breakfast bar wasn't the best but edible.

Our first room was not cleaned and had to get another. About 9:00 am the cleaning people taped on our door to wake us up. I hate that.
