The staff here were very attentive and knowledgeable. Anything I asked of or for, they took care of without even batting an eye. I really enjoyed my stay, and they helped ease a lot of stress associated with my trip.

In our handicap room there is need for repairs. Shower curtain doesn't stay closed, bathroom door gets stuck, and the towels & bedspread are clean, but still have dirt spots that, apparently, their washing process couldn't take out. In the breakfast room, the utencils were jammed so tight in their containers we worked hard to get one out. However, our stay was nice and all the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice pool and hot tub... had them to myself both days i stayed. Breakfast was meh. Front counter lady was very professional and standoffish...said very little (English not great).The building immaculately cleaned. Bed extremely comfy. But the place itself is near the airport so don't try walking anywhere... run down area, very industrial, nothing to walk to. If you just stay for the night before a flight, it's fine though...just don't go out.

I needed to wipe off the desk and they had no cleaning products on site. I was so offended by this... i made a recording a d told them I was recording and i would be reporting them to the state if they couldnt prove they had chemicals on site to disinfect and clean rooms. At the front desk the employee spoke english. At the maid cart. Only spanish. She acted like she couldnt understand me when she couldnt prove they are cleaning with proper cleaners. They showed me glass cleaner..
