The rooms were very nice, the staff is great, the breakfast is top notch. The only problems we had was with the room service, we were there for 5 days and only got towels and trash taken out one time the other days I had to go to the front desk and get towels and trash bags. Thank you for the stay.

They don’t care about you!!!!!

They double booked the room. I got a phone call when I was walking into the icu at Colorado Springs hospital to see my father before he passed. I had driven 18 hours to get there and then no room. No rooms available anywhere! I ended up in a Howard Johnson hole in the wall with druggys downstairs party and spiders and who know what else. Needless to say they didn’t give a damn about me. Will never stay at a Radisson and intend on telling everyone I know how I was treated. Very poor service. You owe me radisson hotel. Thank you for turning my fathers passing already bad into a worst experience.

Check in was great, staff is super nice, room was also nice. Channels on tv were fine. Bed was one of the worst beds we’ve slept on and we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. It was hard as a rock and pillows were terrible. We took all the pillows from the other bed as well to get remotely comfortable. Overall, the hotel is great unless you need sleep at least in our room.

Staff is seriously very rude. They aren’t courteous. I wasn’t treated as a guest. The staff seriously needs to have hospitality refresher training ASAP. And their key system needs to be serviced. During my 5 day stay they had to “refresh” my key at least 12 times and they blamed me for having credit cards in my pocket.

I am disabled and was given a room furthest from elevator and dining. Had to hobble painfully everywhere??? Floor of room was dirty. Smoke alarm was covered by plastic. Dining room under staffed. Won’t be staying there again.

Overall, good for a quick stay. The floor was very dirty unfortunately but I did really love the quickness of the shuttle and that they had a microwave in the room. I also appreciate how close it was to the airport.
