Booked a suite for a family overnight and every aspect of this stay was phenomenal (and I’m picky). From the cleanliness of the entire establishment to the outdoor hotub. Loved that we had room to spread out (family of four with two kiddos who were ready for some room to relax). Loved our stay. And the Mountain View option is plus!

En general es un buen hotel, pero tiene detalles que si los mejoran, sería excelente. Entre ellos, el sofá cama no es confortable, no es de buena calidad, para una estadía larga como la nuestra de 5 noches, quien duerma alli, seguramente dormirá mal, tal vez para un niño pequeño está bien, pero en mi caso para mi hijo de 13 añosNo hay toallas para la piscina o jacuzzi en la noche disponibles, la habitación tenía rota la manija de la puerta del baño, uno 2 noches que no arreglaron la habitación y no cambiaron toallas y los días que la arreglaron, las camas súper mal tendidas.

The facility was nice and the rooms were spacious. The only negatives are that we booked a Mountain View and we were not given a Mountain View. When we asked to be switched to what we booked they could not switch us. Further, the pool was very cold and was underwhelming. We have 2 young children so this was an issue.

This location is amazing. Staff is very kind and professional. They go above and beyond. We left a very important item behind and they called to let us know. We were able to retrieve the item. The rooms were not well sound proofed so you could hear anyone simply walking outside in the hallway. The hot tub was merely warm and the pool was freezing so entire families were squeezed in the hot tub for hours at a time. It was hard to find a spot. The rooms were nice but the set up to stream wasn’t intuitive and the breakfast was pretty standard. The staff was very kind and helpful but the check in process was very slow.
