Staff friendly but should have a dedicated bellhop. Additionally if youā€™re going to advertise as a spa resort not only should you have robes but you should have slippers, especially in the suites. Lastly something small like a bowl of fruit or trail mix should be the room. Though there are some luxury elements itā€™s really a three star hotel with a spa across the street.

Loved the outdoor pool, and the property was gorgeous. Our room was great, but it is very odd that we couldnā€™t control the temperature. As a result, we slept with the sliding glass door open, which doesnā€™t seem very safe.

Loved where the property was located. It was very quiet and peaceful. The bar was conveniently placed, only downside it did close at 10p every night. The food was amazing. Highly suggest trying the restaurants out.

This property is beautiful, itā€™s very clean. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The room we had was perfect for our family of four, very spacious. Added plus was the balcony. Food was good and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this resort and stay here again.

The rooms were awesome, with high ceilings and lots of space. Great bathroom, beds. One negative is the lighting. You can't shut off the nightstand lamps independent of the wall switch. Also, there is a smoke detector right above one of the beds that has a super bright LED light that shines right on the bed. This was a bit annoying.
