Terrible! Loud clicking sound all night. Couldn't sleep! I should have stayed at another hotel.

My sheets in the bed were dirty, hadnt been changed, i found a dirty sock from previous people in the bed. No stopper for the bathtub. Staff when told did nothing about either situation. I slept on the floor due to a dirty bed. I do not recommend this hotel, i wasted my money

Awesome hotel and the casino was the best! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean, modern hotel. Bed wasn't the best, but i never sleep that great at hotels. Pillows were not my favorite either. Shower could've used more pressure. Other than those minute issues, it was a great stay.

My boyfriend and I booked the hotel room last minute as a spur of the moment adventure. The front desk staff was friendly upon our arrival. Our room was clean and had modern amenities. I loved the barn door to access the bathroom. The hotel was situated right across from the casino. Although we didn't use it, they also offered shuttle service around Cripple Creek. The front desk quickly responded to our requests for extra pillows and a replacement body wash. All and all we had a great experience and would stay here again.
