Housekeeping left dirty blankets, towel, and trash in the hallways till well after 7pm. The shower curtain was yellow and stained. The smoke detector was beeping and when asked for repair it took more than two hours for anyone to show up at 5pm in the evening. By 7 we put the kids to bed and it beeped all night.

Do not recommend.

Check in was suppose to be at 4:00. Our room was to ready till after 5:00. After finding out our room had no connection to the tv called the front desk. The manager on duty said they could not do anything about it because we got our room from hotels.com. Not to mention the room above us had children jumping off the beds and running around late night and early morning. Needles to say we check out at 8:00 am because we could not sleep. This is not the first time we stayed at this hotel but it has definitely gone downhill.

Convenient to get to Golden Nugget Casino, we tried to check-in at 3pm (check-in is at 4pm), they said the rooms weren’t available or cleaned yet and to come back at 4pm. We arrived back at the hotel at 4pm for them to tell us that the rooms were still not available and it won’t be ready for another 45 mins. We had somewhere to be at 5pm, so we had a bit of a time crunch to get in the room and drop off our stuff and get changed. Overall, the place is nice, but accommodating the delay of getting into the room was not so nice. The manager said he would apply a discount to our stay for the inconvenience, but that was not upheld. Not sure we would stay here again.
