Very attractive property. Good location for walking to restaurants. Great drinks in the restaurant. Room could have been cleaner. There was visible dirt on ottoman and rug. But aesthetically pleasing and roomy. We had a king suite. Unfortunately, “kids gone wild” ruined our stay and we had to leave early. There was one staff at the desk and all he could do was call the problematic room and not physically shut the chaos down. No one answered the phone of course. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday so we went to the hotel in hopes of relaxing and spending one on one time. Thanks to the “home alone” kids above us, that didn’t work out. I have to take away points because clearly the hotel was very understaffed that the kids won and we had to leave. We were looking forward to the breakfast and going to Soda City in the morning. Really disappointed. I won’t rate lower because the gentleman that checked us in really did his best. He couldn’t physically address the issue because the front desk would be unattended. The room was good overall, two tvs. We were disappointed that neither were smart tv’s and we didn’t have any premium channels. Price for parking was fair at $20.

There was food still left in the fridge from the previous guest. Many staff members standing around at the check in/out counter however, only one person was able to check me in. Waited for about 10 minutes due to him having to assist someone else.
