I have stayed here before and usually don’t have any problems. This was an accessible room. It was not cleaned thoroughly and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. They sink in when you lie or sit down. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were not wiped out. The remote wasn’t even in the room. I had to call the front desk. Overall, I didn’t mind the stay since we were all tired. I would stay there again, just will make sure the room is up to my standards.

I have stayed here for about 6-7 weeks. The last couple weeks, I have asked for my bed sheets/blankets to be changed while at work during the week. It hasn't happened yet. I also asked for my bathroom to be cleaned and freshened, that hasn't happened. The only way I get my trash can emptied, is to leave it outside my door. Staffing, or lack of, is an apparent issue. During my stay before New Years day, it wasn't an issue, but the month of January has been a 180 downturn! Not good

There a lot of leaves that were in the parking lot and after the rainstorm, were wet and then froze up overnight and presented a slippery walking environment. Very dangerous!
