Two story brick home in the heart of Heathwood (with plenty of off street parking), Columbia's most desirable neighborhood and home to some of the most beautiful homes downtown. Five minutes from USC, five points and the South Carolina State House. Ten minutes from Williams Brice Stadium. Three bedrooms (3 queens) and a TV room (1 single) all upstairs with two full bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs features an large kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Paneled Card Room (with TV), Large Den/TV room (Queen sleeper sofa and large private bath) and large outdoor porch and patio.
